New "Slider" Question Type - Fri, 09 Jul 2010

Today we have released our new "Slider" question type. The slider is available as part of a matrix and replaces the scale type that existed until now.

All scale questions have been converted to sliders in the system - we believe that this provides a more intuative way to answer these types of questions, and based on the feedback we have received so do our clients.

Word Cloud Updates!

Now you can save your word groups for use across your client. We've also added a the 'Save Report' feature to word clouds so you can save your word cloud report once it's set-up just how you like it.

Word Cloud Visualisation Analysis - Tue, 18 May 2010

Today, we launched Word Cloud reports.

This allows for free text answers to be consolidated and displayed as a visualisation, providing a simple method to analyse free text responses.

The report flexibility allows for you to show how many times the word appeared; you can cap the frequency (if respondents say the word more than once) or you can set a word limit. Word groups may also be applied to display different words together and you can add words to our default suppression list.

You can find the report in your Reporting menu, we hope you find it useful.
